Model Clause for Mediation

 “The parties hereby agree that any dispute or difference arising from or in connection with this contract shall firstly be submitted to the International Commercial Mediation Center for BRI (BNRMC) for seeking settlement by mediation in accordance with its then effective mediation rules, which are to be automatically incorporated into this clause.”
