Experience in Mediation

• In August 2025, I successfully completed the nationally accredited "Hengqin 7th Recognized Professional Commercial Mediator Training Program", and was awarded a Certificate of Completion jointly issued by the Academy of International Dispute Resolution & Professional Negotiation (AIDRN), the Macau Youth Development Service Centre, the Zhuhai Mediation Association, the Hengqin International Dispute Resolution and Risk Management Talent Training Base, and the Belt and Road International Commercial Mediation Association. Since the same month, I have formally obtained the Certified Professional Commercial Mediator qualification accredited by the Academy of International Dispute Resolution & Professional Negotiation (AIDRN). I have also been included in the panel of mediators of the Hong Kong International Mediation Centre (HKIMC), becoming a Recognized Professional Commercial Mediator on its roster. I am currently serving as a trainee solicitor in the Macao Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. I have accumulated experience participating in multiple civil and criminal cases, successfully assisting parties on numerous occasions to reach settlement agreements through mediation. I possess practical expertise in handling commercial disputes and cross-border conflicts.
