• Ms. Zhang served as the long-term legal advisor of some institutions and enterprises, such as National Council for Social Security Fund, Beijing Municipal Finance Bureau, Beijing Subsidiary of China Mobile Communication Corporation, Chinese People Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and etc. She also served as the PRC legal counsel of China Water Affairs Group, a HK listed company, for its issuance of convertible bonds and bank loan project, and provided legal services for the listing of Lepu Medical Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. on the PRC China Growth Enterprise Market. Besides, she also provided legal services in certain large scale M&A projects, such as the acquisition of Beijing Keli Hengan Safety Equipment Co., Ltd. by RAE Systems (Asia) Inc., the acquisition of Shanghai Kaibo Education Investment Management Co., Ltd. by US Kaplan Education Group, the investment of INDO-CHINA INVESTORS in Hubei Ready Medical Co., Ltd. In addition, Ms. Zhang served as the PRC legal counsel for many domestic companies in listing on overseas stock markets, secondary offering and RDO, such as Daqing Qingkelong Chain Commerce & Trade Co., Ltd., Tianjin Shengkai Industry Technology Development Co., Ltd., Heilongjiang Yanglin Soybean Group Co., Ltd., Lihua International Inc. and etc. She is recently taking charge of financing, overseas listing and M&A of the enterprises engaging in the realms of mine, expressway, pharmaceutical, telecommunication and so on.
