• He is a member, mediator and/or arbitrator of many leading ADR Institutions around the world, among which: Switzerland (Court of Arbitration for Sport, TAS-CAS and WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center's List of Arbitrators), The Netherlands (Court of Arbitration for Art, CAfA), Belgium (Commission fédérale de médiation), UK (Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, MCIArb), France (Conference Internationale de la Médiation Judiciaire–CIMJ and Groupement Européen des Magistrats pour la Médiation-GEMME), Austria (Vienna International Arbitral Centre-VIAC), Slovenia (Ljubljana Arbitration Centre at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia), USA (ICDR-Y&I, and ICCA-Young), India (Indian Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators-IIAM), Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre of Arbitration), China (Mainland - Hong Kong Joint Mediation Center-MHJMC), The Caribbean Islands (Arbitration & Mediation Court of the Caribbean-AMCC), Italy (CONCILIA, Florence International Mediation Chamber-FIMC, many Italian Chambers of Commerce). Since its launch he is an Advisory Board Member of the Association of Mediation Assessors, Trainers and Instructors (AMATI), UK; past President of Mediators Beyond Borders International - Italy Professional Chapter; past Chair of the Mediation Committee, Rotarian Action Group for Peace; co-Founder, Member, and former Member of the Executive Committee of the European Group of Magistrates for Mediation (GEMME), Italian Section; former Member of the ADR Commission of the Rome BAR; Founding Member and Member of the Scientific Committee of the Conférence Internationale de la Médiation pour la Justice (CIMJ), France; past Vice-President of the Arbitral Chamber of the Chamber of Commerce of the City of Viterbo; past Assistant Professor of Mediation and ADR at the University of Pisa - CISP, Italy. At the national level, as one of the first mediators' trainers recognized by the Italian Ministry of Justice, he has several thousands of teaching hours in mediation, conciliation, conflict management. He also trained several thousands of professionals in peacekeeping, arbitration, neuro-linguistic programming, effective communication. His practice has included arbitration and mediation since 1996. He has served as Mediator in more than 4.000 disputes at both the domestic and international levels. He conducts mediation both in evaluative and in facilitative method. Sometimes his style is also transformative. He conducts ad-hoc and on-line mediations especially referred to consumer disputes. He is also an expert in Mediation Advocacy Techniques (MA), and one of the first MA professionals in Italy. He is also an expert in social and environmental mediations and in EU Financed Projects referred to ADRs/ODRs. Over the years, he brought his company CONCILIA to win, various EU financed projects, as for instance- the EU Financed one called "Support the ADR in the Serbian Judiciary", financed by the European Agency for the Reconstruction and the EU Commission. He has been nominated several times Key Expert and Key International Expert in EU Financed Projects related to mediation and ADR, communication, human rights, in Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Latvia, Hungary, Turkey, Greece.
