INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL MEDIATION CENER mediator qualifications

1. Mediators who are sovereign states and have full capacity for rights and conduct, including but not limited to the Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions of China and the Taiwan Region, shall recognize the "one China principle" of the People's Republic of China.

2. Having the necessary laws, policies and educational level, loving commercial mediation, being fair and upright, having good conduct, having never received criminal punishment, and insisting on the principle of independence and impartiality in handling cases.

3. At least 8 years' experience in dispute settlement such as arbitration, mediation or adjudication, or at least 8 years' experience in commercial affairs, research, education, management or lawyer, familiar with relevant laws and regulations, proficient in foreign-related commercial affairs.

4. Abide by the MEDIATION rules of the Belt and Road International Commercial Mediation Center, mediator's Exemplary Standards and other relevant regulations of the Center.

5. Familiar with, but not limited to, the laws, commercial affairs, maritime affairs and language culture of the Belt and Road and relevant countries, with considerable professional experience and ability, proficient in the mother tongue and at least one foreign working language, with rich experience in international commercial/maritime affairs may be relaxed.

6. Can guarantee the working time of mediation.
