Experience in Mediation

• Applied mediation education in customer dispute/complaint management for enterprises and business associations since 2014. Workshops and coaching sessions have been conducted in numerous organisations for different levels of executives and frontline personnel. Professional mediation skills and mindsets are trained in the customer service context. The Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ) approved course in related discipline was designed.
