Experience in Mediation

• From October 2017 to May 2017, I was dispatched to the Ministry of Finance, handling 20 cases of complaints and reports related to government procurement. From March 2018 to September 2019, I mediated over 400 civil and commercial cases in a grassroots court in Beijing, with a success rate of 46.47%. From October 2019 to April 2020, I assisted a specially appointed mediator of the Supreme People's Court in handling a total of five cases involving various types of dispute resolution. From May 2020 to June 2024, as the head of the long-term legal advisor team for the Disabled Persons' Federation, the Trade Union, and the Sub-district Office of a certain district in Beijing, I handled over 80 individual dispute resolution cases (including various petition cases) and over 20 group dispute resolution cases each year (a total of over 400 dispute resolution cases).
