From August 5 to 6, 2019, the "4th China-Latin America Infrastructure Summit and Week 2019" was successfully held in Beijing. BNRMC Witness the Signing of the “Singapore Convention”
On August 7, 2019, the Signing Ceremony for the United Nations Convention on International Settlement Agreements Resulting from Mediation (“the Convention”) was held in Singapore. It was first time that the Convention has been open for signature. At the Signing Ceremony, the U. N. Secretary-General Gutierrez delivered a congratulation speech via video and Singapore's Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong made the key speech. Mr. Li Chenggang, the Assistant Minister of Commerce of China, signed the Convention on behalf of China.
